Traffic tickets issued to drivers for minor violations of traffic regulations including parking and speeding can be cleared by making the payment demanded, or alternatively, this process can be avoided by seeking traffic ticket dismissal.
Once you have had an administrative review conducted, you can choose to plead your case in court. This might sound complicated, but it is your best bet to avoid paying the traffic ticket fines.
>If possible, delay the court proceedings considerably, since minor offences such as speeding, often have inadequate information in their files, therefore with the passage of time, as the recollection of the incident according to the police officer in charge, becomes less reliable, and the chances of traffic ticket dismissal increase.
Prepare for your court hearing by assimilating all the relevant information. Make notes of your recollection of the incident, down to the minor details, in order to strengthen your case, and boost your credibility.
Details such as unfavorable weather conditions and other such unavoidable circumstances may also facilitate your traffic ticket dismissal. Radar readings are crucial to cases involving speeding, and may be used as evidence against you. Be sure to check for licensing documents of the machine to ensure the authenticity of the information.
Ultimately, it all comes down to how much information you can offer, and exactly how well you represent your case at the hearing. Also keep in mind, the specific laws and traffic regulations of your state, in order to put together the information and logic to be used to your benefit.

Florida 8-Hour Traffic School: This 8-hour Florida traffic school course is offered to Florida drivers who have already taken the 4-hour traffic ticket course within the last twelve months. If the court has ordered to take a traffic school course, then you are eligible to take the Florida 8 Hour Court Ordered traffic school course.
So I will be suggest you to check with your Florida state Court, to verify if they allow you to take 8-hour traffic school course option for a second offense within a 12 month period.
Even I will be suggesting you to call customer support team of http://www.trafficschoolonlineflorida.com , which is offering DHSMV approved traffic safety courses.
Thanking you.
The name tells you what it is for, it is for driver improvement and it is for both insurance discounts as well as for traffic dismissal, as for which states accept it, all states will for the traffic dismissal but not all for insurance discounts, you will have to contact your own insurance company and ask them…
An insurance company can not dismiss your traffic ticket.
amazing! Willy teach me how to paint like you!
Grand Prairie is a city in Dallas, Ellis, and Tarrant Counties in the U.S. state of Texas and is a part of the Mid-Cities region in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
So Grand Prairie will comes under Dallas County.
In the state of Texas, in all the counties the course name for dismissing traffic ticket is called "Defensive Driving", there are many course providers are offering this course, but I would like to suggest http://www.texas-defensivedriving-courses.com/ where its approved for all counties of Texas state. Before starting the course just confirm from the customer support team of that website for more details.
Thanks
Generally that will not get your citation dismissed. It is a myth that any error on a citation will automatically void it. The ticket will probably get amended with the proper information which they can easily get by running your DL#.
Since the mistake is not material to the case against you, it probably won't get dismissed. What I can guarantee though is if you ignore it they will eventually track you down and the fines/penalties will be a lot worse.
If you are lucky enough to be in a jurisdiction that will void the ticket because of a mistake like that, remember that the judge has to throw it out. Show up to court, see if they'll void it, and if not, ask for the traffic school option to keep it off of your record.
woww that’s really relax and beatiful soung .good picture of jhony depp !
In all states that I know of you need to either do a full 8 hour class or two 4 hours classes but I have never heard of just one 4 hour class, call them and ask………
the driving school is usually free by the courts, the fine you'll still have to pay, the whole reason for doing the class is so that you don't get any points on your record. its like a freebee

This is sick
Very nice!!
Truthfully, I would not believe it until it is done. Yes, usually, an attorney could get the ticket(s) dismissed or lowered, if it was within the time frame. However, as you stated, it has been over a year.
Honestly, if they said that they can get the tickets dismissed, you better get that in writing. An attorney ethically, cannot guarantee you anything! The attorney does not know if in fact the judge will allow for dismissal, and as I stated, the ticket is very old! The court is going to want you to pay this money. The reason it is so high is because of all the late fees!
