Help answer the question about speeding tickets

Does anyone know of a good lawyer in the area north of Atlanta that can get speeding tickets reduced?
My son received a speeding ticket in the area just north of Atlanta. In North Carolina any points awarded there will be sent to our insurence. It will double or triple our premium for at least 3 years and we can not afford this. We need to find a lawyer in this area that is known for getting someone going 20 over down to 0 points. Is there anyone like that here?

Most cars, since around the 1940s are equipped with a piece of equipment that measures speed. It is called a speedometer. It actually lets you know how fast the auto is traveling. All you have to do is read the signs on the road, an.d then stay at or below those limits and you won't get a ticket.

It's really cool. Check around on your dash – I bet you have one.

Save your money, and just drive at the speed limit and you can avoid a speeding ticket. In most cases, by the time the radar detector goes off they are already locked into your speed. Google "instant on radar" for the reasons why.

    1. Avoid the number #1 lane on the Interstate.Thats where the cops point the radar. People can get by with driving 30 mph over in the outside lanes, but not in the fast lane.

    2. Driving in the middle of a pack of cars is one of the best ways to avoid a speed ticket. However don't be on the back of the pack. Cops love to pull people of the back of the pack, to give them tickets. No the old I was just driving with the flow of traffic won't work.

    3. On that note, one way to avoid getting pulled over for anything. American cops never ever pull over a car thats beside them, or behind them. I know they do this in other countries, but American cops are too afraid of getting shot at. I don't even think American cops have a clue as to how to go about pulling over a car, if they aren't behind it first.

So if you are driving fast, and suddenly find yourself about to over take a patrol car. Put on your brakes fast. Even if you know he saw you speeding. Don't pass him. Try to pull in the lane behind the cop. What ever you do don't pass him. If you get in front of him, he's going to stop you.

Then watch out. His next step will probably be to pull off the road. After you've gone by. He will try to catch up to you again from behind. Don't let that happen either.

    4. Avoid areas with heavy traffic enforcement. You know these areas . They are the ones when every time you drive down that street or road, you see red and blue flashing lights behind cars on the side of the road. If you have to drive through these ares, make sure your driving is perfect. Right down to using your turn signals. Because you will eventually get stopped, if you don't.

Best alternative. Drive around these areas on back roads, or secondary, minor streets. No cops there so you can do pretty much whatever you want.

I could go on but thats all I have time for now.

depends what state but i would pleed not guilty to it and if its not that much over the speed limit that you were going most of the time you can ask for a deposition statement and possibly get it dropped down to a seatbelt ticket which is just a fine when you go to court talk to the police officer that gave you the ticket before you go up to the judge make sure you get there early to do that.
