You have to respecteveryone in the court and dress up smartly.You can challenge the evidence but it has to be done politely and firmly. You must not try to say youare innocent but try to make them understand your evidence.
You can ask the officer to provide the evidence from a recognised speedometer shop showing thelast time the speedometer with which he recorded the speed you were travelling at was lastcaliberated. This is an example of the type of evidence you can ask for.

I don't think that they will reduce the fine when you're doing 35 over the speed limit. You said it… It is reckless endangerment regardless of where you were. Take responsibility for your action and just pay your ticket. I'm very surprised that you didn't have to go to court because of how fast you were going. You may be looking at more points then you think…
Although I don't find anything about Blockbuster there is a program offered by Curb Buster and accepted by the State of Texas for teen drivers.

u can try to fight it but usually a judge will believe a cop over a civilian-i was also pulled over for "speeding" supp. i was going 20 over the speed limit-i know i wasnt speeding-he didnt ask for any of my documents he just stood there and stared at me-how weird!
